1. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE / TRADE APPRENTICE-LABORATORY ASSISTANT (CHEMICAL PLANT)

No. of Vacancies: 95 Nos. (UR-53, SC-13, ST-07, OBC-19, PWD-03)

Name of the Discipline wise vacancies:

1. Mechanical

2. Electrical

3. Instrumentation

4. Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant)

Educational Qualification: 1.

i). For Mechanical: Three years full time regular/sandwich diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

ii). For Electrical: Three years full time regular/sandwich diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

iii). For Instrumentation: Three years full time regular/sandwich diploma in Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

 

2. Trade Apprentice-Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): Three years full time B.Sc (Physics,Mathematics,Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry).

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 01.12.2016

Consolidated Pay: Rs.7530/- and Rs. 6970/- for Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) per month.

 

 

Note: Candidates should have obtained 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST & PWD candidates).

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. Note: Candidates selected for the post will be on training period of 12 Months for Technician Apprentice in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation and 18 months for Trade Apprentice-Laboratory Assistant(Chemical Plant).

 

Note:

1. The vacancies in Eastern Region will be in the following states of Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha & West Bengal.

2. The vacancies in Southern Region will be in the following states of South India (Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).

3. The Vacancies in Western Region will be in the following states Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Goa.
