Meghalaya PSC Recruitment 2017 – Meghalaya Civil Service Exam: Meghalaya Public Service Commission (PSC), Shillong has released notification for conducting Preliminary Examination for the recruitment of 38 vacancies in Meghalaya Civil Services (Jr Grade). Meghalaya PSC Vacancy Details:
Total No.of Posts: 38
Name of the Posts: Meghalaya Civil Services (Jr Grade)
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-27 years as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PwD candidates & for others as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or any recognized Foreign University.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary examination, Mains examination & Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 460/- (Half the rate for SC/ ST who are permanent resident of the State of Meghalaya) through MPSC Challan available at Office Counter of MPSC, Office, Headquarter, Shillong/ MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowai, Baghmara, Williamnagar & Nongpoh. No fee for PwD candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online or offline
Online Mode: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website “www.mpsc.nic.in” on or before 31-08-2017 till 05:00 PM.
Offline Mode: Eligible candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format by registered post to Office Counter of MPSC, Office, Headquarter, Shillong/ MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowai, Baghmara, Williamnagar & Nongpoh on or before 31-08-2017 till 05:00 P.M.
Note: Candidates may obtain application forms from the Office of the Meghalaya Public Service Commission, Shillong and the MPSC Cell at Tura, Williamnagar, Baghmara, Jowai, Nongstoin and Nongpoh.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Log on to the website www.mpsc.nic.in.
2. Select the desired post & Read the Notification Carefully.
3. Click on “Online Application” & Fill all the details.
4. Check once & submit the form.
5. Now take printout of online application for future use.

Starting Date for Issuing of Application Forms: 24-07-2017.
Last Date for Submission of Online/ Offline of Applications: 31-08-2017 till 05:00 P.M.
