WBPSC Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 234
Name of the Post: Motor Vehicle Inspector

Age Limit: Candidates age should not be 18-39 years as on 01-01-2018. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Madhyamik examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Council, diploma in automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution duly approved by AICTE/ WBSCTE or its equivalent, Driving Licence for heavy vehicles with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Screening Test/ Written Test.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay of Rs. 160/- through online/ offline. No fee for SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above.

Online Mode:
(i) for online payment through debit/ credit cards; convenience fee 1% of the examination fee subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five) + 18 % GST as applicable on convenience fee
(ii) for online payment through net banking; convenience fee of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five) + 18% GST as applicable on convenience fee

Off-line Mode: For offline payment through bank counter at any branches of UBI; service charge of Rs. 20/- (Rupees twenty) only.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.pscwbonline.gov.in from 27-02-2018 to 19-03-2018.
