Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceeding 35 years for S.No-01 & 02, between 18 to 27 years for S.No-03 to 05, not more than 65 years for S.No-06 as on 01-05-2017. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government norms.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc in Physics/ Astrophysics/ Atmospheric Science or equivalent degree with consistently good academic records with minimum 55% marks & Ph.D degree for S.No-01, Master of Library & Information Science from a recognized University with 55% marks with consistently good academic records for S.No-02, Diploma of 3 years duration in Electrical Engineering from a recognized board with 3 years’ experience in the relevant field for S.No-03, Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Arts/ Commerce from a recognized University or its equivalent, typing speed in short hand @ 80 in English or Hindi and typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word) for S.No-04, 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from recognized Board or University with typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi and typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word) for S.No-05, Graduation in any discipline from recognised University for S.No-06.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test.
