Project Title : Isolation and characterization of lytic bacteriophages infecting bacterial pathogens of Muga silkworm Antheraea assamensis Helfer.
Qualification: 1st class M.Sc. / M. Tech in Agriculture / Life Sciences / Botany / Zoology / Biotechnology or allied subjects. Candidates having specialization / experiences in Bioinformatics / Virology / Pathology / Microbiology / Molecular Biology etc. along with NET/GATE qualification will be preferred.
Stipend / Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- for NET/GATE qualified candidates for 1 st two years and Rs. 28000/- for 3rd year plus admissible HRA (as per DST guidelines).
