Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks with diploma in secretarial services with three post qualification experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant OR MBA or Post Graduate Degree (two years full time regular course) with not less than 60% mark with one post qualification experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant.

Desirable: Computer literacy- computer diploma for duration of one year from Govt/ Govt. recognized institutes with proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Short hand speed of 100 WPM.

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/03/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.16400 -Rs.40500 and other allowances

2. ASSISTANT OFFICE SUPERINTENDENT

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks with diploma in secretarial services.

Experience: One year post qualification experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant.

Desirable: Computer literacy- computer diploma for duration of one year from Govt/ Govt. recognized institutes with proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Short hand speed of 100 WPM.

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/03/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.10700 – Rs.21400 and other allowances

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and/or Interview
