Qualification: M.Sc. degree holders in Basic Medical Science under the Faculty of Medicine are also eligible for the Fellowship.

Eligibility :The applicants should be postgraduate degree holders in Life science stream or equivalent with 60% and above in aggregate in the university examination. However for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, the eligibility shall be 55%.

Number of Fellowships : Total member of fellowship available for the year 2017 is Ten (10)

Age: 26 years.

Duration and Fellowship value: The fellowship amount payable shall be Rs.20,000/- per month for the 1st year and the duration of the fellowship will be 3 years. However, the selected candidates shall be eligible for higher fellowship amount of Rs 25,000/- per month in the 2nd year and Rs.30,000/- per month in the 3rd year from second year onwards based on the appraisal on the work performance.

Selection :The process of selection involves an entrance examination and interview.
