1. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate from any recognized university and having at least 01 year Diploma/ Certificate course in Computer Application from Govt. registered Institute.

Working Knowledge of Computers with operating Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, MS Access and Internet and having a Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minutes.

Experience: Minimum 03 years experience in Govt. Sector or 05 years experience in Data recording and data analysis in private Sector and preferably having experience in handling of official correspondence.

Age Limit: Maximum- 40 yrs as on 01/01/2017.

2. COMPUTER ASSISTANT (NUHM)

5. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (PUBLIC HEALTH)

Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with degree diploma in Health Management.

Experience: Two years relevant work experience.

Training in health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2000/ Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.

6. MT (X-RAY/ RD)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Mathematics and Two years Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech)

Experience: One year training after acquiring diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech) OR Postgraduate diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech).

Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01/01/2017.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.20, 000/- per month.

 

7. MT (ECG)

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed (10+2) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Mathematics and Two Diploma in ECG Technology.

Experience: One year training after acquiring diploma in ECG Technology OR Post Graduate diploma in ECG Technology.

Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01/01/2017.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.20, 000/- per month.

 

8. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biological Science and Mathematics before obtaining Diploma or degree.

ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma Laboratory Techniques (DLT) OR Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) OR Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT /PGDMLT).

iii) Candidates must have working knowledge of Computers.

Experience: i) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in a Licensed Blood Bank) in Case of Candidates having Degree/Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT/PGDMLT/BMLT).

ii) One year post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in a Licensed Blood Bank) in Case of Candidates having Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DMLT/DLT).

Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.

9. MT. LABORATORY

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OBC-02, SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B. Sc) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology (DMLT) OR the service of existing Lts who do not hold a DMLT may be continued if they have done a certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Candidates must have working knowledge of Computer.

Experience: Minimum one year experience after graduation OR Minimum two years experience after Diploma OR More than five years experience of working in the ICTC/ART/PPTCT Centre run under the NACP who do not hold DMLT of existing LTs.

10. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER (ART)

Educational Qualification: First preference should be given to candidates with MD in Medicine or any other clinical discipline OR Candidates with MBBS+ Diploma in any clinical discipline OR Candidates with MBBS+ fellowship in HIV medicine/diploma in public health having three years of experience can be considered.

Experience: Minimum three years of experience can be considered for MBBS + Diploma in clinical discipline, fellowship & DPH candidates only.

11. LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY

Educational Qualification: Degree OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from university /Institution recognised by Central Govt. or State govt.

Candidates should have completed 10+2 before obtaining Degree OR Diploma and should have registered with the concerned paramedical council if applicable.

Candidate must have knowledge of Computer.

Experience: Minimum Two years after Degree and Three years after Diploma in Lab Service.

Desirable: i) Post Graduate Degree

12. STAFF NURSE (ART)

13. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01)

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks OR Intermediate (10+2) with 50% marks and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker/ Certificate or higher Course in Health Education / Counseling OR Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognised course.

ii) Minimum two months Certificate course in Computer Application.

iii) Candidates should be the resident of the Uttar Dinajpur District.

Preferential Criteria: Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary Inspector’s course.

Experience: At least one years of work experience on the concerned filed.

15. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s course.

ii) Minimum two months Certificate course in Computer.

iii) Candidates should be the resident of the Uttar Dinajpur District.

iv) Candidates must have permanent two wheeler driving license.

v) Candidates must have obtained 50% marks throughout all qualified academic examination.

Preferential Criteria:

i) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course.

ii) Government recognized degree /diploma in social work or Medical Social Work.

iii) Successful completion of Basic training course.

Experience: At least one years of work experience in the field of Development / Health.
