GRADUATE EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (GET)

No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.

Discipline wise vacancies:

1. GET- Mechanical: 50 posts (UR-26, OBC-13, SC-07, ST-04)

2. GET- Electrical (EEE): 15 posts (UR-09, OBC-03, SC-02, ST-01)

3. GET- Electrical (ECE): 05 posts (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01)

4. GET- Civil: 10 posts (UR-03, OBC-05, SC-01, ST-01)

5. GET- Control & Instrumentation: 05 posts (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01)

6. GET- Mining: 10 posts (UR-06, OBC-01, SC-02, ST-01)

7. GET- Computer: 05 posts (UR-02, OBC-02, ST-01)

 

Educational Qualification:

1. For GET- Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or) AMIE in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST.)

2. For GET- Electrical (EEE): Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or) AMIE in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

3. For GET- Electrical (ECE): Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (or) AMIE in Electronics & Communication Engineering, with 60% marks (50% marks for SC)

4. GET- Civil: Degree in Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering (or) AMIE in Civil / Civil & Structural Engineering, with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

5. GET- Control & Instrumentation: Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering (or) AMIE in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering, with 60% marks ( 50% marks for SC)

6. GET- Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering (or) AMIE in Mining Engineering, with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

7. GET- Computer: Degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology (or) AMIE in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology (or) PG Degree in Computer Applications, with 60% marks (50% marks for ST)

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/12/2016.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.20600/- Rs.46500/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through GATE-2017 scores and Personal Interview.
