APPRENTICE

No. of Vacancies: 31 Nos.

Trade wise vacancies:

i) Secretarial Assistant: 21 posts

ii) Electronics Mechanic: 04 posts

iii) Electrician: 04 posts

iv) IT & ESM: 02 posts

Educational Qualification:

i) For Secretarial Assistant: Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. (candidates with 3 years Degree in Arts/Commerce/ Science preferred).

ii) For Electronics Mechanic: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and Trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic.

iii) For Electrician: Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system and Trade certificate in Electrician trade.

iv) For IT & ESM: Passed 10th Class under 10+2 System of education or its equivalent and Trade certificate in Electronic Mechanic (or) ITESM trade.

Note: Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in qualifying exams.

Age Limit: Minimum-14 years and maximum-21 years as on 01/03/2017.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualifications as applicable to the respective trade.
